Vindaloo Chicken Wings
Whether you’re in the mood for a summer BBQ or a cozy baked meal, this recipe can be made in the oven or on the grill. Whichever method you choose, it will bring out the flavours of ginger and tamarind spices of our Indian paste.
RECIPE CALLS FOR
Vindaloo Spice Paste
- 10 frozen chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Patak’s® Vindaloo Spice Paste
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, making sure that the wings are completely coated in marinade.
- Bake from frozen according to the cooking instructions on the package.
- Serve hot with rice, salad or grilled veggies.
