Tandoori Marinade

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Tandoori Spice Paste
  • 3 large red potatoes, washed with skins and cubed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. In a measuring cup, add the oil and Patak’s® Tandoori Spice Paste and whisk until mixed. Pour over potatoes and toss.
  3. Place potatoes in a baking pan, cover with tinfoil and seal edges.
  4. Barbecue on medium heat for 30-35 min or until tender.
