Whether you’re in the mood for a summer BBQ or a cozy baked meal, this recipe can be made in the oven or on the grill. Whichever method you choose will bring out the flavours of ginger, tamarind and tandoori spices in our Indian paste.

Tandoori Marinade

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 5 tbsp Patak’s® Tandoori Spice Paste
  • 12 chicken wings

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the yogurt and Patak’s® Tandoori Spice Paste together and rub all over the wings in a dish.
  2. Let the wings marinate in the fridge for a 2-3 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F and heat up a medium pan to medium heat. This will get a nice char on the wings before going in the oven.
  4. Chargrill the wings in the griddle pan for a few minutes on each side before transferring to the oven for cooking a further 30 min, or longer if needed.
