INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 jar Patak’s® Spicy Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
  • 3-4 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 5 cups cooked rice
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chicken.
  2. Sauté for 5 to 7 min, until the chicken is seared and browned.
  3. Add the Patak’s® Spicy Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce and simmer for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or naan.
