INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 to 4 medium-sized chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 jar of Patak’s® Spicy Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and sauté for 5 to 7 min, until meat is seared and browned.
  3. Pour the Patak’s® Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce over the chicken and simmer for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over hot rice or with naan bread.
