Madras Spice Paste

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Madras Spice Paste
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 pork chops
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together marinade ingredients including Patak’s® Madras Spice Paste.
  2. Pierce pork chops all over and place in a container or plastic bag.
  3. Pour marinade over meat and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.
  4. Heat BBQ to medium-high.
  5. Grill the pork chops to desired doneness.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of coriander.
