Mild Curry Spice Paste

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 block (400 g) paneer, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Mild Curry Spice Paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all of the ingredients except the cream and coriander, in the multifunction pressure cooker.
  2. Cook on the “Meat/stew” setting for 20 min.
  3. Once the curry is cooked, add the cream and cook for another 5 min on the same setting.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander. Enjoy with pilau rice.
