Mango Yogurt Dip

Do you love entertaining, but find you’re always serving the same appetizers? Try this: start with plain yogurt as a base for a wide variety of delectable dips, and add your favourite Patak’s® chutneys or pickles for a burst of flavour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 small bunch of fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 small bunch of mint, finely chopped
  • ½ jar of Patak’s® Sweet (or Hot) Mango Chutney
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Serve with pappadums, naan or chopped raw vegetables.
