Mango Chicken is a perfect alternative to a mild Korma or a Pasanda Cooking Sauce—sweet and flavoursome, with the flavours of Indian spice still really coming through—this is set to become a family favourite.

Mango Chicken Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp oil
  • ¾ lb chicken, diced
  • 1 jar Patak’s® Mango Chicken Cooking Sauce
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 7 min, or until seared.
  3. Pour in the Patak’s® Mango Chicken Cooking Sauce and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
