Grilled Portobello Mushroom Stuffed with Goat Cheese & Mango Chutney

  • 2 to 4 Portobello Mushrooms. (Depending on how many people you want to serve)
  • 1/4 cup of goat cheese
  • 2 TSP of Sweet Mango Chutney
  • 2 TBSP of olive oil
  • 2 TBSP of lemon juice
  • Nuts for decoration


  1. Wash the mushroom and dry with a clean cloth
  2. Remove the stems
  3. Put them in a bowl and add lemon juice. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Then brush the caps with olive oil.
  5. Heat the grill
  6. Grill the mushrooms on each side for few minutes.
  7. During the last minute of grilling, add the goat cheese. Don’t over grill
  8. Remove from the BBQ, add the Mango Chutney and nuts.
