Easy Indian-Style Cheese Platter

Grab some naan and whip up this easy and delicious cheese and chutney tray. Perfect as a starter to any Indian meal or snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar Patak’s® Sweet Mango Chutney. Want it spicier? Use Patak’s® Hot Mango Chutney instead.
  • Selection of cheeses: cheddar, camembert, goat, or blue cheese (Stilton), etc.
  • 2 naan flatbreads, split in half and cut into irregular pieces
  • A few colourful salad leaves or herbs, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F
  2. Arrange the mango chutney in a ramekin and place on a black plate or slate.
  3. Arrange slices and chunks of your chosen cheeses.
  4. Place the split pieces of naan bread in an oven and bake until warm  and golden.
  5. When warm, serve arranged on the slate. Garnish with salad or herbs.
