- 4 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ red pepper, diced
- ½ yellow pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 jar tomato sauce for pasta
- 1 tbsp basil
- 3 ½ cups cooked penne
- 2 cups arugula, chopped
- 1 tsp chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp olives, pitted and sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Pinch chili flakes
- Parmesan, grated (garnish)
