Every time we take a mouthful of this deliciously creamy and flavoursome dish, we remember all over again why it is so beloved. This recipe makes it easy with a multifunction pressure cooker!
RECIPE CALLS FOR
Tikka Masala Spice Paste
- 500 g chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Patak’s® Tikka Masala Spice Paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- ¼ cup tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- Fresh coriander, chopped (garnish)
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tsp sugar
- Place all the ingredients except the cream and coriander, in the multifunction pressure cooker.
- Cook on the “Meat/stew” setting for 30 min.
- Once the curry is cooked, add the cream and cook for another 5 min on the same setting. Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Enjoy with garlic and coriander naan bread.
