Every time we take a mouthful of this deliciously creamy and flavoursome dish, we remember all over again why it is so beloved. This recipe makes it easy with a multifunction pressure cooker!

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Tikka Masala Spice Paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (garnish)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients except the cream and coriander, in the multifunction pressure cooker.
  2. Cook on the “Meat/stew” setting for 30 min.
  3. Once the curry is cooked, add the cream and cook for another 5 min on the same setting. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  4. Enjoy with garlic and coriander naan bread.
