This tangy Indian chicken recipe boasts a delightful, aromatic blend of coriander, lemon and turmeric. Just add chicken to bring it to life—your palate will thank you!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Patak’s® Tikka Masala Spice Paste
  • 1 lb chicken, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 small onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
  • salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix Patak’s® Tikka Masala Spice Paste with the yogurt.
  2. Add the chicken, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Skewer the chicken pieces, alternating with the vegetables.
  4. Grill the kebabs on a BBQ ensuring that each side of the chicken is cooked through.
