As one of our spicier curries, the Madras Spice Cooking Sauce and beef complement each other to make a wonderful flavour-packed dish. Served with the fluffiest rice and a wedge of warm naan, this is comfort food at its finest.

Madras Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp oil
  • ¾ lb chicken or beef, diced
  • 1 jar Patak’s® Madras Cooking Sauce
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  2. Add the chicken or beef and cook for 5 to 7 min, until the meat is seared.
  3. Pour in the Patak’s® Madras Cooking Sauce and simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
