Many people have a real affection for butter chicken, the creamy, lightly spiced tomato-based sauce is an easy meal for even the pickiest eaters. Served with the fluffiest rice and a wedge of warm naan, this is comfort food at its finest.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 medium chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 packet Patak’s® Butter Chicken Sauce for 2

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 7 min, until seared and browned.
  3. Pour in the Patak’s® Butter Chicken Sauce for 2 and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over rice or with naan bread.

Notes

Can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables.

Drizzle cream and garish with chopped cilantro.
