Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 jar Patak's Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
  • rice to serve
  • naan to serve
  • cilantro to garnish

Instructions

  1. Dice & fry 4 chicken breasts in a little oil until sealed (5 MINS).
  2. Add the sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked (15 MINS).

Try adding a handful of cherry tomatoes while simmering the sauce.

Enjoy with rice or naan bread.

Notes

Also delicious with shrimp, or for a vegetarian option swap out the chicken for vegetables or paneer. Adjust simmer time accordingly.
