INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g beef, diced
  • 1 packet Patak’s® Spicy Cumin & Ginger Sauce for 2

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook for 5 to 7 min, until it is seared and browned.
  3. Pour in Patak’s® Spicy Cumin & Ginger Sauce for 2, stir and simmer for 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over rice or with naan.

Notes

Can substitute beef with chicken, shrimp or vegetables.

If you like it spicier, garnish with sliced chillies. If not, drizzle some yogurt.
