Lime Pickle

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Wings 4-6 (500g)
  • 1 jar Patak’s Lime Pickle
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)
  • 1 tsp ginger, paste
  • 1 tsp garlic, paste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Blend the pickle in the blender to make a smooth paste.
  3. In a mixing bowl add yogurt, chicken wings, blended pickle, ginger and garlic.
  4. Leave the marinated wings for 2 hours in the fridge.
  5. Cook the wings for 15 mins or until they are cooked through.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy with warm naan.
