It’s a Caesar with a twist. This recipe mixes in a little authentic Tikka Masala and packs a flavourful punch. Have fun garnishing with as little or as much as you’d like.

Ingredients

  • Patak's Tikka Masala Sauce for Two
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Ice
  • Clamato juice

  • Lemon slice for rim
  • Ground coriander
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Rim highball glass with lemon wedge.
  2. Mix ground coriander, salt, and pepper together on a plate and dip glass rim to cover.
  3. Set glass upright and add ice.
  4. Pour in desired amount of balsamic vinegar and Patak’s Tikka Masala Sauce for Two.
  5. Top with Clamato juice.
  6. Garnish and enjoy.
