A little marinating goes a long way with these Spicy Cumin and Ginger Chicken Drumsticks. A perfect combination of tomato, cumin, ginger, and chili are sure to make these succulent drumsticks a summertime favourite.

Ingredients

  • 8 medium sized chicken drumsticks
  • 200ml Patak’s Spicy Cumin and Ginger Cooking Sauce for 2
  • 200ml plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine Patak’s Spicy Cumin and Ginger Cooking Sauce and plain Greek yogurt with chicken in a freezer bag
  2. Let marinate in the fridge for at least one hour prior to cooking, but no more than 24 hours
  3. Place on the barbecue at medium-high heat
  4. Ensure chicken is cooked to at least 74°C internally and serve
